Our client, HYSTR (Have You Seen The Ring), a newly boosted jewelry marketplace, is looking for a way to help their vendors to manage sales and customer relationships. Business is hoping this new tool could attract more vendors and increase attachment. As a growing small business, HYSTR values the customer experience and wants to provide extensive customization for vendors to monitor their sales pipeline. This platform should help the vendors easily track and analyze sales activities, KPIs, leads, and deals.
The client is looking for a website for the final delivery.
My Role: Solely responsive for UX, wireframing, and journey mapping.
Target User
As a jewelry marketplace, HYSTR serves as a safe and trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers to trade pre-owned jewelry pieces and loose diamonds. This CRM system is aimed at helping sellers who own jewelry pieces and seeks an authenticated way to get the best price for their jewelry.
