Interview Notes:
Shimin has never used TopView sightseeing before. Her task was to book a 24 Hour Sightseeing Bus package.
During her interview, She was confused about the highlight point icons on the homepage. She clicked the “See the best NYC with one pass” for several times. After realized those are not clickable, she hit the “Buy Now” button directly, went through all the packages and found the 24 Hour pass.
When asking about her thoughts about the mobile website, she said that the design looks nice and fashion, but there are too many texts on homepage, took her a while to read them all. And there are two “Buy Now” buttons on the homepage, which she felt confused.

User Test

Shimin felt the design is clearer now, and the content has been cleaned up. The tagline makes the whole page more professional, it has successfully pointed out the important information that everyone should notice on their first glance of the website.
